ABOUT THE EVENT

Sip & Shop is a social event free to the public to engage local business owners and community member with supporting one another. The value of networking cannot be overstated when you're a small business owner. It means building a network of people.  

Everyone is a potential business contact! The more people you meet and tell about your business, the bigger your network will become and the more business opportunities you will foster. This is your chance to see when someone's interested and discuss how you could help each other.

Each year we provide information to not only our neighborhood but surrounding businesses throughout the Chicagoland area.  

Casting Call Performing Arts Community Center CCPACC thanks you for requesting information on our 2020 Sip & Shop networking event! Previous years we have had great success and we will continue to get better and grow bigger each and every year.  

Vendor Agreement

Vendor - Sponsor reserves the right to limit the total number of vendors, and the kinds of products sold, in order to promote variety.

Photography - Pictures that are taken at the event may be used for publicity/advertisement purposes.

Cancellation - The vendor fee is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel the event, please give us 7 day’s notice. Should the event be cancelled by host or sponsor, as much notice as possible will be given to vendors though we cannot guarantee a refund of fees.

Taxes - Vendors shall be responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying all sales taxes for their products to the city and state.

Liability and Hold Harmless - Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold damages, cost, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees for the defense of such claims and demands, arising from the conduct or management of vendors business on the event premises or from its use of the event premises or from any breach on the part of vendor or any conditions of this agreement, or event cancellations due to sponsor, host or facility or from any act or negligence of vendor, his agents, contractors, employees, or licenses in or about the event. In case of any, action or proceeding brought against sponsor by reason of any such claim, vendor, upon notice from sponsor, agrees to defend the action or proceeding by counsel acceptable to sponsor.

Supersedes - This agreement constitutes the sole and only agreement of sponsor and vendor and supersedes any prior understanding or written or oral agreements between the parties respecting the subject matter of this agreement.

Representative - Vendor shall at no time be considered as being an agent or other representative of sponsor and vendor, and sponsor shall not be deemed partnership or joint venue. However, by participating in an event with Casting Call Performing Arts Community Center, businesslike manner with professional appearance and behavior.

Assignment - Vendor shall not sublet, assign or otherwise transfer this agreement or any right or interest in this agreement without the prior written consent of sponsor.

General Disclaimer - Sponsor’s not responsible for accidents, injuries, stolen or lost articles, damaged goods or short-funded attendees. Vendors shall leave event premises in as clean and good condition as when it was entered. Vendor shall be responsible for any damage to the facility incurred due to the vendor's negligence.

Illinois Law to Apply - This agreement shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois.
