It is the mission, duty and purpose of Casting Call Performance Arts Community Center to provide financial support to children ages 5 to 17 for quality creative art instruction within the South Suburban and South Chicago areas where there is limited access. Children will have the opportunity to receive instruction in various performing arts: dance, theater, spoken word poetry, voice and instrument. Casting Call also nurtures and encourages creative art expression which allows children the opportunity to channel their energy positively and express themselves creatively while enhancing and developing their minds.

While developing programs and activities that will help build self-esteem and self-confidence, Casting Call also aims to eliminate social and financial barriers for its students, parents and the communities it serves.

It takes a village to raise a child! Therefore, Casting Call collaborates with other community organizations to strengthen the organization, expand services, and improve impact and efficacy.

"Casting Call Performing Arts Center is ALL about the children. We aim to give them a nurturing environment where they have opportunities to learn and advance in the arts."
